EST provides special coverage crews for club sport and large campus events.

If the medical services that EST normally provides are not sufficient to ensure adequate coverage of the undergraduate campus we will do our best to offer a separate crew for your event. For example, we offer special coverage at WILD, Convocation, Relay for Life, and WUStock. Special coverage is a free service. We will do our best to cover all events requested but we cannot guarantee. Please give us as much notice as possible.

To organize a special coverage event email est.exec@gmail.com. Please include the following information:

• Name of organization/event requesting coverage
• Name and number of a contact person
• Location of eventDescription of event
• Start/Stop time of event (and if you would like us there earlier)
• Number of people attending
• Number of EST techs requested
